Where therapy is a sacred and collaborative space where healing unfolds through awareness, compassion, and embodied presence. Healing is not about “fixing” what is broken, it is the remembering and reconnecting with the wholeness that already exists within you. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we will explore the deeper roots of emotional and relational patterns, including attachment experiences and intergenerational influences. Life’s experiences, especially those shaped by family, culture, and unspoken emotional legacies, can pull us away from our authentic selves. Therapy becomes a place to gently return home.
Healing is an ongoing practice of tending to old wounds, releasing inherited burdens, and making space for clarity, truth, and self-trust. I honor the emotional, spiritual, and somatic wisdom each person carries, and I believe lasting change happens when insight is integrated not only in the mind, but also in the body and the heart.
In my work, I draw from Intergenerational Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-based practices. Together, these approaches support healing that is relational, embodied, and sustainable.
I work in collaboration with Dr. Joseph Reid, LMFT at Relationships, llc. located in North Minneapolis
For generations, many of us have been taught to survive—keep going, stay strong, and carry the weight without complaint. But survival isn’t the same as healing. And therapy, when done in a way that honors our full selves, can be a powerful space for healing.
I believe therapy can be more than just talk. It’s a space to reconnect with your body, your mind, and your soul. So many of us carry stress, trauma, and grief not just in our minds, but in our muscles, our breath, and our daily rhythms. Through an embodied and culturally grounded approach, I help clients slow down and listen to what their bodies are holding, and begin to release what no longer serves them.
My work is rooted in decolonizing therapy, moving away from "one-size fits all" models that ignore culture and lived experience. To me, therapy should honor both the individual and the collective. It’s about breaking cycles, healing generational wounds, and rediscovering the joy, softness, and wholeness that’s always been within you.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply want to feel more connected to yourself, therapy is a tool for liberation. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
Together, we’ll explore your inner world, uncover your strengths, and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. We will work together to create a safe, judgement-free space where you can learn to hear yourself more clearly and achieve the healing you seek.
I am here to support your family through life transitions, parenting challenges, and other issues that may arise. The goal of our work together is to create a harmonious environment where each member can thrive.
Whether you’re navigating conflict, recovering from betrayal, or seeking to enhance intimacy and communication, my aim is to support you & your partner(s) in creating a more fulfilling relationship grounded in trust, love, and shared purpose.
